I run a Chaos Control deck focusing on controlling the field and summoning Light/Dark Monster Dark Armed Dragon, Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning and Chaos Sorcerer.
The basic concept of the deck is to summon high ATK monsters and milling using cards such as Card Trooper, Ryko Lightsworn Hunter and Jain Lightsworn Paladin to create materials for BLS, Chaos Sorcerer and Dark Armed Dragon.
Taking control of the field is importan to keep on top my playing cards such as Threatening roar which is also chainable to cards such as Heavy Storm and Mystical Space Typhoon therefore not letting them go to waste and also protecting your life points from an attack. Enemy Controller is also useful as it's perfect for defending against attacks as well as aking control of your opponent's monster for an attack or even as Synchro/Xyz materials crippling the opponent's field. Playing Call of the haunted helps to Special Summon monsters that may have been Milled fro the deck and bring out monster quickly. Kycoo The Ghost Destroyer is useful for Banishing monsters from your opponent's grave and also stop your monsters being banished in your grave which is important. Also Thunder King Rai-oh can stop players from adding card to their hand except by drawing and negate the Special Summon of your opponent's monster.
Also to make advantage of Banished monsters used for BLS, Chaos Sorcerer and Dark Armed Dragon is to play Dimensional Alchemist which is useful to get monsters from your Banished and play them again and recylce them. Dimensional Alchemist's effect is also useful to Banish the top card of your deck and add a BLS or Chaos Sorcerer to your hand when Dimensional Alchemist is destroyed.
