Believe it or not, Michion is actually a guy. I think.

The "Timelord" monsters are all Level 10 Fairy Effect Monsters with 0 ATK used by Z-ONE in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Anime. They all share this text, or something similar in wording. Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. If you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. You take no battle damage from attacks involving this card. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card battled: Do something. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: Shuffle this card into the Deck.

The deck has a stall/burn play style. The Timelords cannot be destroyed, and you take no battle damage from attacks involving them. The hope is that they keep your opponent from getting at your LP while you burn them with the Timelords' battle effects. Their battle effects either disrupt your opponent or score some burn damage. You want to go second always, so you can attack and draw. However, if you lose the die roll and get forced to go first, Lazion is the Timelord that you want to end your turn with. In addition to the normal Timelord effects, Lazion burns your opponent for 1000 when they draw a card. He is the only one remotely usable going first. A lot of the game you spend praying to the Egyptian Gods that your opponent doesn't have an out to your Timelord and then proceeds to OTK you. For those of you that don't believe in the Egyptian Gods, there are cards like Swift Scarecrow and the Mirror Forces (particularly Drowning and Blazing).

Cards that speed up the general strategy

Time Maiden. Time Maiden is essentially the core of your deck. She can special summon herself from the hand if you control no monsters, and then she tributes herself to search any Timelord. The next turn, you can banish her to summon a Timelord from deck ignoring its summoning conditions.

Pot of Duality. You aren't Special Summoning unless you have Time Maiden or the next card, so this can help you get to your Timelords.

Celestial Transformation. This allows you to get two Timelord effects off in one turn, and then make Gustav Max Main Phase Two and burn for two thousand.

My Current Decklist

Doesn't matter really except for Gustav Max

Main Deck: 40

Something really stupid you can do is just use all your Solemn Counter Traps and then use Hailon to lower their life to whatever and then you should have game with Lazion.
